How it works

  1. Baseline

    A recent Health Check gives us a full review of your portal. Without one, an onboarding session, included in your first month, sets what your monthly health report measures against.

  2. Health report

    It arrives by the 5th of each month.

  3. Work and advice

    Active portal work on Manage and Watch Partner, and advisory time on every tier.

  4. Quarterly review

    On Manage and Watch Partner, a structured call on progress and next quarter's priorities.

Simple terms

Month to month, with no minimum beyond the first month. Cancel with 30 days' notice, and change tier whenever you need to. If you're on the wrong tier, we'll tell you.

Coming from a recent Health Check or project? You can start straight away. Otherwise we begin with an onboarding session to set the baseline, or a Health Check if you want the full picture.
