These Terms of Use govern your use of the empirintel.com website (“the Website”). By visiting or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.
These Terms cover use of the Website only. If we go on to work together commercially, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement (a Statement of Work or services agreement), not by these Terms.

The Website allows you to submit enquiries, request the free HubSpot Performance Snapshot, book a call, or sign up for content. When you use any of these:

- You agree to use a genuine business email address where one is requested
- For the HubSpot Performance Snapshot, you confirm you are a HubSpot administrator (or have authority from one) and that giving us read-only access to your portal does not breach any obligations you have to third parties
We may decline to provide a free offer to anyone, for any lawful reason, at our discretion.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Empirintel name, illustrations, and code — is owned by us (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
